Contact support
Include your device model, iOS or Android version, MishMish version and the steps that led to the problem. If you share a screenshot, remove details you do not want to send. Never send passwords, authentication tokens or payment card details.
Your saved prayer and practice record
MishMish saves your record under an automatically created guest identity. This release has no sign-in or account-recovery screen. Clearing app data or reinstalling may lose access to that identity. An exported record is a readable copy, not an importable backup.
Open Self → Your data to export your synced record or request account deletion. For requests outside the app or follow-up on a pending request, read the account and data deletion instructions.
Subscriptions and purchases
Use Restore purchases from the paywall with the same Apple or Google account used for the purchase. Restoring Pro access does not restore a lost prayer or practice record. If payment status is unclear, check your store purchase history before trying again.
Manage renewals or cancellation through Apple subscriptions · Google Play subscriptions. Deleting the app or its account does not cancel billing. Store terms determine renewals and refunds.
Prayer times and reminders
Prayer times use your saved location and calculation method. Check them in Self and compare with your trusted local mosque, especially when travelling or in unusual daylight conditions. Notification permission, device settings and operating-system limits affect reminder delivery.
Focus and selected-app blocking
Focus and optional blocking depend on the permissions and app choices you make on your device. Check the setup in Self if blocking is unavailable. Recording a prayer, leaving Focus and stopping blocking have different effects; follow the labels shown in the app. For a problem, tell support your device and what happened without sharing private screen contents.
Analytics and privacy choices
Optional app usage analytics stay off until you choose to allow them; a previous choice to turn them off is preserved. You can change Allow optional usage analytics in Self at any time. Core saved-record synchronization and purchase services operate independently. Read the app privacy policy for the data and services involved.
